1)Dispatch & Deliveries Policy:
Secure Delivery To Your Door
Your purchase is delivered to you by courier. For all deliveries a signature is required to ensure the secure delivery of your precious metal purchase.
Where the value of the purchase is $5,000 and over, delivery is made via a premium hand-to-hand carrier service to your nominated physical shipping address. You will receive a SMS message from GMS to nominate your delivery day and only the addressee / GMS account holder is able to accept delivery. If the nominated addressee is not available to accept delivery, an alternative day will need to be arranged by the carrier. Please note, this may result in additional charges.
For purchases under $4,999 the courier will require a signature from the person accepting the delivery, it will not be left unattended at your shipping address, if no one is available to accept delivery your purchase will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for you to collect in your own time. You need to collect your purchase from the post office or depot within 3 business days, failure to complete the collection within this timeframe may result in your items no longer being insured (where you have paid for insurance as part of your purchase).
For all deliveries you will receive a tracking number and tracking link once your order is on its way to you.
Only purchases under $4,999 can be delivered to a PO Box address. Purchases over this value need to be delivered to a physical address.
Delivery Calculation
Australia wide the cost of shipping is calculated as follows:

| Under $4,999 | Minimum fee of $50 for the first kilo and $15.00 per additonal kilo (or part thereof). eg: for an order of 4 kilos of metal valued at $4,200. The shipping cost will be $95. This is made up of the $50 minimum fee which includes 1 kilo and $45 ($15.00 x 3 kilos) for the remaining 3 kilos. |
| Over $5,000 | Minimum fee of $100 for the first kilo and $15.00 per additonal kilo (or part thereof). eg: for an order of 10 kilos of metal valued at $10,600. The shipping cost will be $235. This is made up of the $100 minimum fee which includes 1 kilo and $135 ($15.00 x 9 kilos) for the remaining 9 kilos. |
Insurance Calculation
For your peace of mind, all parcels we deliver include full insurance cover, to protect your investment, however far it needs to travel.
Calculated at 1% of the purchase price of your order.Insurance is optional for orders less than $5,000 (opt out option available at checkout)

- Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: In the event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for the appropriate course of action.
Returns Policy:
As a general rule, we do not accept returns for products unless there is a defect or issue covered by our Warranty Policy. If you believe you have received a defective product or encountered an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
